Functions:

1. Applicable to 18G~24G winged IV cannulas equipped with injection ports.
2. Adopts automatic tip forming process to achieve lower penetration force.
3. Designed with minimal gap between catheter and needle to prevent peel-back.
4. The IV catheter production line enables automatic control and trimming length adjustment.
5. The device adopts CCD vision to monitor needle burr, angle, orientation, perpendicularity and dimensional parameters.
6. Needles penetrate through Teflon holders, with the needle damage ratio controlled within 1‰.
7. Supports PU and FEP tubes in coiled type or fixed-length specification.
8. The equipment completes full assembly of all IV cannula parts including catheter, holder, needle, needle hub, wing house, injection port cap, stopper, filter, flashback chamber and protective cap; it also covers UV adhesive application, silicone oil coating, curing and pull force testing procedures.
